In August 2024, Envu launched the Be a Force With Nature Academy (BAFWNA), an internal sustainability training program that reflects our belief in the harmony of nature and society. In partnership with AXA Climate, BAFWNA equips employees with a foundational understanding of sustainability, emphasizing Envu’s environmental and societal commitments. The program features three learning stages: Foundational ESG knowledge; Function-specific ESG learning; and Advanced ESG training. BAFWNA encourages employees to integrate sustainable thinking into their daily work and decisions. More than just training, we see it as a call to action – fostering a culture of sustainability across the organization. Season 1 concluded with strong results: a 95% relevance score and 86% participation from over 900 employees globally.​
