Troy Randolph is the Chief Financial Officer of Envu, with more than two decades of experience leading international finance organizations for Fortune 500 companies, private equity–backed enterprises, and high-growth carve-outs. Troy plays a central role in building a strong foundation to support the company’s long-term growth strategy, drive a transformation agenda, and instill global operational discipline.

Since joining Envu in 2023, Troy has overseen the buildout of the financial infrastructure, created a governance and control framework, and helped to create compliance culture following the divestment from Bayer. His leadership has accelerated the transition from a corporate division to a global standalone company — including the implementation of new financial systems and processes, rapid integration of multiple acquisitions, and the development of a scalable operating model across more than 40 countries.

Before joining Envu, Troy served as Chief Financial Officer of several PE backed companies with his most recent role for Loparex, a global manufacturer of silicone release liners, where he led a similar financial transformation process, a successful acquisition, a global SAP implementation as well as a successful sale of the company. His earlier career includes more than a decade with General Electric, where he was selected for GE’s prestigious Corporate Audit Staff and held finance leadership roles across several of GE’s larger operating divisions (Appliances, Healthcare, and GE Nuclear). From GE he transitioned to private equity where he has held CFO roles for several PE-owned companies — including Guilford Performance Textiles, Nautic Global Group, and Chromatin, Inc. — leading turnarounds, sale processes, and the integration of multiple M&As and a company into strategic buyer.

A former U.S. Army Artillery Officer, Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University. He partners with teams worldwide to strengthen financial processes and corporate governance, while driving long-term growth and value creation across the company.
