Eric Ruggirello serves as Chief Commercial Operations Officer for EMEA and LATAM, bringing over two decades of experience in driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across Europe, LATAM, APAC, and North America.
Born in France, Eric began his career with a passion for finance and strategy, earning an MBA in Finance from ESC Marseille and later an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School. His early assignments in Morocco, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, France, and Canada gave him firsthand insight into the complexities of leading multinational organizations and sparked his commitment to building high-performing, culturally diverse teams.
Eric’s career reflects a rare combination of commercial acumen and operational rigor. At Bayer Group, he held senior finance roles across multiple regions, including CFO positions in France, Canada, Australia/New Zealand, and Morocco. He led mergers, divestments, and organizational transformations that delivered millions in savings and strengthened performance, honing his ability to translate strategy into execution within complex matrix environments.
Since joining Envu, Eric has overseen P&L responsibilities for APAC, EMEA, and LATAM, driving commercial and strategic capabilities across pricing, innovation, marketing, digital, and go-to-market operations. His responsibilities initially focused on APAC and EMEA but later shifted to EMEA and LATAM after transforming the APAC business into a standalone region. Under his leadership, businesses have evolved into higher-margin solutions, net sales and EBITDA have grown, and customer engagement has deepened—all while embedding a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and performance. These experiences reinforce his belief that commercial success is inseparable from culture and people.
