Dell Joshi is Chief Information Officer of Envu. A proven technology leader with more than 30 years of experience across complex, regulated, and technology-intensive industries, he leads information technology as a strategic business enabler supporting growth, transformation, and operational excellence.
Dell joined Envu in his current role in January 2023, leading the global IT organization through a critical phase of company stand-up and transformation following the carve-out from Bayer. In this role, he oversees enterprise technology strategy, digital enablement, cybersecurity, data governance, and global IT operations, building scalable and resilient systems that support the company’s long-term strategy.
Prior to joining Envu, Dell served as Chief Information Officer at dss+, a global consulting organization focused on sustainability, operational excellence, and risk management, where he led enterprise technology strategy. Before that, he held multiple senior leadership roles at DuPont, including CIO and Compliance Officer for the DuPont Sustainable Solutions business segment and CIO for DuPont Legal and Government Affairs, as well as senior positions within DuPont Corporate IT and Central Research. Across these roles, Dell led large-scale business transformations, post-merger integrations, and enterprise restructuring initiatives spanning global operations.
Dell brings deep expertise in establishing IT operating models, driving cost optimization, and aligning technology investments with business outcomes. His experience includes leading global ERP transformations and digital platforms, with particular strengths in SAP and Microsoft D365 environments. A Six Sigma Champion, he has mentored Six Sigma professionals throughout his career, reflecting a long-standing commitment to continuous improvement and disciplined execution.
Dell started his career in the publishing industry at Thomson Reuters and has a background in research and academia, including serving as an Adjunct Professor of Organic Chemistry at Georgetown University. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Penn State University and a Master of Science from Georgetown University.
